Cancellation more than 48 hours before the event: Full refund
Cancellation within 48 hours of the event: Registration is refunded minus a $25 administrative fee.
Cancellation within 24 hours of the event: No refund–the registration can be transferred to another person.

Policy applicable to the National Philanthropy Day:

Cancellation more than 72 hours before the event: Full refund
Cancellation within 72 hours of the event: No refund–the registration can be transferred to another person.

Policy applicable to the Fundamentals of Fundraising Course and CFRE Refresher Course:

Cancellation more than a week before the event: Full refund
Cancellation within a week of the event: $75 cancellation fees.
Cancellation within 24 hours of the event: No refund–the registration can be transferred to another person.
