Since 2022, he has served as Senior Director of Annual Giving at the Montreal Children’s Hospital Foundation. In this role, he leverages his expertise to develop innovative strategies, enhance the donor experience, and maximize revenue from annual campaigns.

Recognized for his leadership, rigor, and strategic vision, Frédéric has a deep understanding of the challenges and key drivers within the philanthropic sector.

Mélissa Bérubé
Director, Fundraising Activities and Corporate Partnerships

Fondation du Musée national des beaux-arts du Québec

Mélissa Bérubé is a seasoned professional in the philanthropic sector, with over 15 years of experience in event coordination, community engagement, and partnership development. Known for her inspiring leadership and strategic rigor, she has dedicated her expertise to major social causes, notably at the Quebec Association for Suicide Prevention (AQPS), where she held several key roles between 2019 and 2024.

In 2025, she joined the Foundation of the Musée national des beaux-arts du Québec, initially as Senior Advisor in Philanthropic Development, before being promoted to Director of Fundraising Activities and Corporate Partnerships. In this role, she develops innovative strategies to foster corporate engagement, increase revenue, and strengthen the cultural mission of the Foundation.

Mélissa Bérubé stands out for her human-centered approach, her ability to build lasting relationships, and her strong project management skills. Her career reflects a deep commitment to the common good, a sharp sense of planning, and a constant drive to elevate the organizations she serves.

A passionate leader with over 15 years of experience, Lizette Flores has dedicated her career to advancing social justice through her work with various community and public organizations.

Supported by dedicated teams, she helps mobilize the community to deliver tangible results, drawing on innovative initiatives that promote inclusion and equity. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Public Administration from the Autonomous University of Querétaro, Mexico, as well as a master’s degree in Public Administration from the École nationale d’administration publique (ENAP).

As Executive Director of the Foundation, Lizette Flores is committed to furthering the development and visibility of La Maison du Père’s mission among its donors and strategic partners across all sectors. She carries out this work in close collaboration with Jaëlle Begarin, President and CEO of La Maison du Père, and the entire team.
