Thanks to a recent survey led by BNP Performance philanthropique and BIP Recherche, we have new insights into the philanthropic sector through data collected from major donors, stakeholders and the public.

Join us for a presentation and discussion that explores the following burning questions in our field:

  • How is philanthropy perceived by major donors and the general public?
  • How do members of the community engage individually and collectively in philanthropy?
  • How are companies involved in philanthropy through community engagement and their donation policies?
  • How are charities perceived by major donors and the general public?
  • How is the government’s commitment to philanthropy perceived by the public and major donors?
  • What are the priorities and values that should guide the philanthropic sector?

The presentation will be followed by a discussion of survey results by a panel that includes Hilary Pearson, President of Philanthropic Foundations Canada and Fabrice Vil, Co-founder and President of Pour 3 points.
