Terms and Conditions

I have read and accept the following terms and conditions:
- All applications must be received no later than Thursday, December 11, 2025, at 4:00 PM.
- Selected mentees will be notified by email by a member of the AFP Quebec Chapter Mentorship Program Committee.
- The information collected on this form will only be used for the purpose of matching with a mentor and for communications related to the 2026 one-year mentorship program.
- The mentee agrees to communicate with their mentor at least six (6) times during the program year.
- The mentee confirms having at least one (1) year of experience in the philanthropy sector.
- The mentee understands and accepts that mentor-mentee pairs will be formed by the program committee and that it is not possible to request a specific mentor or change the pairing after selection.
- The mentee understands that the mentoring relationship is intended for guidance and sharing of experience, and does not constitute job training.
