Note – Use of AI

We want to hear your voice. Authenticity is essential in the scholarship selection process: your experiences and your journey are what make your application stand out. Using AI to generate or rephrase your answers can compromise that authenticity. The jury can easily recognize such content, as AI-assisted applications often look very similar.

Thank you for respecting the integrity of our application process and for submitting answers that truly reflect who you are and in your words.

Preparing Your Application

  • Three short answers are required. No letter needs to be attached.
  • Word limits are maximums, not targets. A short answer can receive full marks if it clearly addresses the question. Bullet points are acceptable.
  • A brief answer and an example from your day-to-day work can be entirely appropriate.
  • Your job title, the prestige of your organization, and the quality of your writing will not be assessed.
  • Do not disclose any confidential information about a donor or another individual.

    In the case of equal scores, priority will be given to a person who has not received an AFP Quebec bursary in the previous 3 years.
