Dear AFP Québec Members,
You have probably already seen the invitation to the Annual General Meeting.
The Nominating Committee reviewed with great enthusiasm all the applications received to fill the vacant positions on the AFP Québec Board of Directors. We were impressed not only by the number of applications but especially by the outstanding quality of the candidates, and we sincerely thank each of them for their time and commitment.
We would also like to express our gratitude to the board members whose terms will end on December 31, 2025: Laila Laaroussi, Marie-Andrée Lefebvre, Chantal Mallette, and Isabelle Morin.
1- Vote – Recommendation of the Nominating Committee for the 2026 Board of Directors of AFP Quebec
This recommendation, presented in the overview table below, for the period from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026, is submitted to the vote of members ahead of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on October 30.
As a member in good standing of the Québec Chapter, you are invited to cast your vote FOR, AGAINST, or ABSTAIN, no later than October 29.

The AFP Québec AGM will take place on Thursday, October 30.
This is a wonderful opportunity to learn more about the accomplishments of the past year and to take part in the democratic life of your Chapter.
