Dear AFP Québec members,

It’s time to take a look back at the past year, celebrate our accomplishments and look ahead to what’s next! We invite you to attend the AFP Québec Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday, October 27 at noon.

Once again this year, the AGM will be held virtually, making it easy for you to participate whether you are at the office or at home.

This meeting will be an opportunity to review the financial year that ended on June 30, 2026, as well as the projects and initiatives that shaped our year. Our committee chairs will also take this opportunity to share the highlights of the past year and some of their key accomplishments.

We will also:

  • elect directors for a 12-month term, from January 1 to December 31, 2027;
  • appoint the auditors for the 2026–2027 fiscal year.

Please save Tuesday, October 27 at noon in your calendar!

If you are unable to attend, we invite you to complete and return the proxy form as soon as possible to info@afpquebec.ca.

We hope many of you will join us for this annual meeting, an opportunity to celebrate the work accomplished by our community and to share a glimpse of what lies ahead for the coming year!
