Sharon G. Druker, K.C., distinguished lawyer and senior partner in business law at Robinson Sheppard Shapiro LLP.
Deeply involved in both the legal and philanthropic communities, Ms. Druker is Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors of the Quebec Bar Foundation and sits on the boards of Hope & Cope and Congregation Shaare Zedek. She also chairs their governance committees and serves as Vice-Chair of the Governance Committee of the Jewish General Hospital Foundation and Chair of the Governance Committee of the Lord Reading Law Society.

Bernard Blackburn, MBA, C.M.C., C.Dir., President of GUBERNA Services Conseils
Mr. Blackburn is a recognized expert in governance, ethics, and strategy. With over 30 years of experience, he supports boards of directors in improving their governance and ethical practices. He currently chairs Option consommateurs and the Ethics and Professional Conduct Inquiry Committee of the Ordre des administrateurs agréés du Québec. An experienced trainer, he has taught governance at the University of Sherbrooke and chaired the Organizational Ethics Network of Quebec. A graduate of HEC Montréal and the Collège des administrateurs de sociétés, he is known for his rigor, human approach, and commitment to responsible and sustainable governance.
Moderated by Ian-Pierre Scott, Development Associate at the Jewish General Hospital Foundation and member of AFP’s Education Committee.
