The BNP Philanthropic Performance consulting firm is pleased to officially announce the evolution of its organizational structure with the reorganization of its executive management team.
As a result of its new five (5) year strategic plan which was launched in 2022, BNP Philanthropic Performance is focussing on its future and, in particular, the company’s succession.
As a result, Christian Bolduc, co-founder and current President and CEO, will preside over the consulting firm and has appointed Esther Tranchemontagne as Executive Vice President and Daniel H. Lanteigne as Vice President, Talent, Strategy & Impact.
On the eve of its 25th anniversary, BNP Philanthropic Performance is resolutely focused on the future and its operational efficiency. These appointments are part of a sustainable approach that will ensure the company’s long-term survival by anticipating the next generation of philanthropists and will take into account the changing needs of the philanthropic sector.
In fact, the consulting team will be further supported in developing its full potential in order to adapt seamlessly to a changing environment and thus operating with a level of knowledge that is always up to date on current and future issues in the field. This latest reorganization is also in line with the firm’s social responsibility approach and its B Corp certification that it obtained in October of 2022.
Indeed, it supports the vision of positioning itself as a sustainable and responsible player in its sector. While it aims to review the value proposition offered to all team members, it undeniably supports inclusivity and the environmental, social, and ethical commitments that the firm strives to implement with organizations, communities and its various partners.
The new reorganization took effect on April 12, 2023.
