As fundraisers, it’s in our nature and skillset to build and sustain relationships. Our missions rely on the generosity and goodwill of our donors and volunteers. Addressing inappropriate behaviour from these individuals is an important part of ensuring a safe working environment for ourselves and our teams. What do we know about the extent of the problem? What makes our sector particularly vulnerable to this kind of harassment? What steps do organizations’ management and boards need to take in both policy and practice to create that culture of safety and support?
Conference offered in French. Q&A period in French and English.
