Caroline Cossette, M.Sc.
Caroline Cossette has been leading Groupe CK7 since 2005, an agency specializing in sustainable reputation, communication, and training. As a sustainable reputation consultant, she advises local, national, and international clients, providing expertise in communication and brand experience. She helps organizations build resilience and enhance their reputation by understanding the mechanisms that create value and strengthen stakeholder relationships, including customers, employees, partners, communities, and industries.
Before founding her company, she served as Marketing Director at Le Massif de Charlevoix and La Cage aux Sports. From 2017 to 2021, she was also a municipal councilor for the City of Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville, gaining insight into municipal planning and decision-making processes.
Caroline holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Marketing from the Université de Sherbrooke.
